Korss Introduce "Korss FMC"

Korss FMC is a CI platform that contains ALL THE INFORMATION about the company competitors and about the market they work in.
The system allows managing the organization's competitors trough a central database. The system can store information such as the customers list for each competitor, competitors' opportunities, competitors' projects in development, list of services and products the competitors offers, an historical information about RFPs (proposals) that the competitors had won or lost including the reasons for either one and much more…
The above information can be linked to the data and information that was received from the Web & Analyze system (which is sold separately or bundled with the FMC package) and the information received from within the organization by the employees.
The company's employees can send emails that contain leads or opportunities directly from MS Outlook. This is accomplished through an Outlook add-in which allows integration with the FMC system (for example, the mail may include information received from a customer who is also a competitor customer).
Alternatively, the employees can manually enter the information in a dedicated leads form.
The information that is passed by the users is stored by the system and at the same time a task is created which is transferred by email to the responsible bodies in the organization for inspection.
The links created in the system between the formal information regarding the competitors and the information that is received from the internet and the organization's employees create a dynamic information network. The network allows the organization to get a full picture regarding what happens with each one of the competitors.
In addition, occasionally, the raw information provides a picture that may leave room for interpretations and might lead to a wrong conclusion, an attached detailed story will fill such a gap. The raw data lacks a personal touch of the writer and often lacks a certain emotional aspect that can be useful.
For that purpose the system allows the management of WIKI pages. The additional WIKI pages contain descriptive information regarding the competitors and thus also create a personal and community aspect and produce stories and relevant information that is contributed by the qualified employees in the organization. The WIKI pages can improve the picture that may be received regarding the competitors through relevant information with personal emphasis, conclusions, company's character analyses, evaluations etc.
As a complementary process to the gathering, cataloguing and information linkage, the system allows to manage the processes of decision making regarding the stored intelligence knowledge. The management of the above processes is performed through discussion forums and information that is received, such as decisions, conclusions, reactions that were made etc. These records may be linked to the information lists regarding the competitor and thus increase the effectiveness that may be gotten from Viewing and analyzing the information network of the competitors in the organization. In addition, tasks can be produced for the relevant bodies in the organization according to the decisions. The task is sent to the employees by email and in addition there is a "My Tasks" page in the system in which all the assigned tasks to the employee are shown and through which he can report the task status.
